To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products, such as special orders or personalized items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

Are your hands full? That's not a problem for this hitch rack. The foot-assisted pivot system allows you to gently drop the rack with a tap of the foot so you can get your ride on the rack without lifting a finger.

The provided hitch lock adds a level of security at the hitch, while the integrated cable lock helps keep your bike secure. When you’re ready to roll again, the integrated cable locks retract right back into the rack.

PEDAL PIVOT	Integrated cable locks—long enough to reach most frames—can be looped through the rear triangle to help keep the bike secure. When not in use, they stow neatly back into the rack with a magnetic hold. One cable lock per tray.
MATCHING HITCH LOCK	The key to our hitch lock? One key. The NV 2.0 comes with a thoughtfully designed hitch lock that matches the trays integrated cable locks key. Making the finding of the keys that much easier.
TRAIL DOC	Integrated repair stand makes field maintenance easy. Super simple twist-and-push clamp will hold your bike firmly while you give it a little TLC (Trail Love & Care).
ELECTRIC BIKE COMPATIBLE	This bike rack is all metal and can safely transport bikes and electric bikes weighing up to 60 lbs. per tray.
