As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail and we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment within one business day and generally shipped within 72 hours of placing your order. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail or the contact information you provided and let you know when your order will be back in stock or available. If you prefer to cancel the order, we will void the pre-authorization.
Order Shipment:
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 72 hours from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@ebikehaul.com.
Shipping eBikes:
Shipments containing ebikes are sent signature required due to the high value of the item and restrictions pertaining to the delivery of high-capacity lithium-ion batteries. The shipping carrier is instructed to obtain a signature before delivery and should not leave packages unattended.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping carriers may obtain visual confirmation that the recipient acknowledges receipt of the package as an alternative to obtaining a physical signature.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to sales@ebikehaul.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 72 hours are subject to a 5% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Refused Shipment:
If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of $75 to partially cover our shipping costs. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method, less $75.

The new upgrades that set Cheetah Plus a class apart from Cheetah:
- Newly applied Kenda anti-puncture tire, with reflective stripe on the wall: it increases durability and safety, especially when riding on rough roads.
- Newly applied adjustable stem: can be adjusted both vertically and horizontally. The handlebar can be pulled toward or away from the rider, as required. Moreover, it accommodates a wider range of riders now. Tall guys don’t need to worry anymore about the grips hitting their knees during steering.
- Newly applied color combination: full black. Due to popular demand, we’ve developed a tank made from black leather and heat-stamped with the Revibikes logo. It's very low profile - you don't even notice the logo when you’re in the dark.
- Newly upgraded LCD firmware: now you can adjust the riding mode by simply turning on the power button on the control panel. Further, the error code shall show on the main screen in case of errors.
- Newly added slow start feature: in the past few years, we've come across several cases where the bike, due to issues of overheating, displays an error code. With the slow start and an annually improved controller case, we can assure you that your bike shall never again be overheated. The slow start feature is adjustable on three levels (weak to strong) in the display menu. This feature also helps to maintain battery life.

Refund Policy
The Revibikes Return Policy allows you to return your electric bicycle within 7 days from the date of delivery for a refund or an exchange. Please consult the warranty terms for further information regarding the applicability of returns.

Ship-back Charge
In case the unit was purchased under a free-shipping promotion, there shall be no refund for shipping fees. However, in case the return is unrelated to quality, damage, or mistaken delivery and is instead solely due to a personal decision made by the buyer, the customer will have to bear the expenses for the ship-back.
If the return is accepted, Revibikes will issue a pre-paid shipping slip and schedule a pick-up date. The shipping fees resulting from the return shall be deducted from your total refund.
The returned unit must be in brand-new condition, including all original packaging, accessories, and documentation. The charges for any missing components may be deducted from the total refund. Any shipping damage during the ship-back may result in a deduction from the total refund.
Returned units are subject to a 20% inspection and restocking fee from the original purchase price.
Refunds will be issued in an average time frame of 2-3 weeks after the receiving, inspection, and processing of the returned unit.

Based on your location, the delivery time for your exchanged product may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth over $75, we suggest that you consider the use of a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that your returned item shall be received by us.
We have hand-picked industry-leading components that are extremely reliable. If you find any problems with our products, refer to our warranty policy as follows;
All components, including store-bought accessories, have a warranty of one year, while the battery has a warranty that lasts two years.
All wearing parts are exceptions - tires, tubes, and brake pads, among others.
All parts damaged due to personal misuse (crashes, custom builds, etc.) are exceptions.
Warranty is valid in the Continental United States only.
