Shipping eBikes:
Shipments containing ebikes are sent signature required due to the high value of the item and restrictions pertaining to the delivery of high-capacity lithium-ion batteries. The shipping carrier is instructed to obtain a signature before delivery and should not leave packages unattended.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping carriers may obtain visual confirmation that the recipient acknowledges receipt of the package as an alternative to obtaining a physical signature.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to sales@ebikehaul.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 72 hours are subject to a 5% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Refused Shipment:
If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of $75 to partially cover our shipping costs. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method, less $75.

How long will the shipping take?

How old do I have to be to use an Maxfind board?
This electric skateboard is a high performance machine and should not used or operated in any way
by children under the age of 13 years old unless under adult’s supervision.
How do I brake?
To reduce the speed, push the remote control backwards on the remote control. When used at medium to
high speeds, the brakes are firm and very safe. Braking will be softer when driving at a slow speed and
may not stop completely. It is designed to be as safe as possible.
Can I use the Maxfind Remote with a non-Maxfind board?
To offer Maxfind level performance, we redesigned the skateboard from the ground up. The result is an all new design,
with functionality not compatible with components outside the Maxfind Series design.
How Fast can I go on the Maxfind board?
A lot of factors ultimately control speed. Weather conditions, surface conditions battery charge level, riding style,
rider profile and significantly board setup. The Maxfind series is available with a range of wheel options, as well
as additional gearing options. A smaller wheel or bigger gear will offer more torque, whereas a bigger wheel
or smaller gear will increase top speed.
How can I get the best range from my skateboard?
Mode 2 has been designed specifically for this purpose, and all our advertised ranges and testing has been
conducted in this mode. Averaging 16 mph with gentle trigger control and not exceeding speed much is
the key. Our tests were carried out in mostly flat conditions, with an 160 lb rider, and weight will affect this
range somewhat with reference to this. Ensuring proper charging and board maintenance will also
give the best opportunity for a long ride!
Is the Maxfind board waterproof?
In testing, the board held up quite well to instances of water (gutter run-off, sprinkler plash). However due
to the greater issue that comes with wet conditions – slippery surfaces – we have decided not to state
waterproofing a priority feature in our design. A greater priority to Maxfind is safe use of our boards.
With the power available from the Maxfind, combined with slippery conditions, our testing showed
high potential for involuntary safety risks using electric skateboards in wet conditions. For this
reason, we strongly advise against use in wet environments.
Please note, damage to the components as a result of moisture exposure is not considered a
manufacturer defect, and is not covered under warranty
What wheels can I use on the Maxfind board?
Our current favorite is our own Maxfind Street wheels. We took the best bits of our favorite wheels and
mashed them together for a wheel perfect for our electric skateboard! We have drive gears for the
Orangatang Kegel wheels, and gears that work with the M4 & M5 & M6 wheel hubs. These wheels come
in quite a few variations so there are sure to be a set perfect for you!
We also have plans to expand options, so stay tuned for future developments!
Can I ride the board up hills?
Yes. The boards inclines of up to 30% gradient, in other words INSANELY STEEP for the Maxfind FF Plus series boards.
Riding on hills can be very dangerous, what goes up must come down! So if you ride up an insanely steep hill
and you intend to ride down this same hill, this is extremely dangerous and you must know how to control your
speed without the use of the electric brakes if ever there was a malfunction or there was a situation
where the brakes fail.
Why sometimes the range I test is not the same with the data listed on your website?
These specs are tested on fairly flat ground with a few small inclines. Battery life depends on factors such
as weight of rider, terrain, inclines and also the way the rider uses the trigger.
What is the maximum weight that can ride the board?
The limit we suggest is 220lbs. If your weight is over 220lbs,the board will loose some torque as well as range,
and it will put strain on the electronic and mechanical components.
If I'm riding with a friend who also has an Maxfind board will our remotes interfere with each other?
Maxfind series boards will not cause controller interference.
Can I kick push home if I run out of batteries?
Yes, the board has little resistance which enables it to roll when the power is off.
Can I change the order after I ordered?
Yes, but you need to contact us within 2 hours after you placed the order. We cannot guarantee that your order
can be changed successfully, because it is difficult to modify the order once it gets shipped.
Why did the tracking info not update after several days?
The tracking info will update only when the parcel arrives to your destination country and finished custom
clearance. And then it will be given to your local FedEx/UPS. Then it will update. Before it is given to the
FedEx/UPS, the info won’t update, don’t worry about it.
How to adjust the steering sensitivity?
You can adjust the tightness of the nuts at the front of the truck by using a T wrench.Loosen the nuts to make
the steering flexible, and tighten the nuts to make the steering clumsy.
How can I pair the remote with the board?
1.Turn off the remote and board.
2.Press the power button of the board and the remote at the same time for about seven seconds.
3.When the remote vibrates, it shows it paired.
How to change reset the OLED remote display from km to mile?
Please re-pair the remote to the board, and then you can press the below button to choose the kph or mph.
Warranty
Get a 270 day warranty from us when ordering.
We back up our products with a nine-month warranty. If you encounter quality issues with our board in some way, please email us directly. We will help you find the problem and provide you with free replacement parts. If the nine-month warranty expires, we will still offer you replacement parts at a very low price so that you can secure the board and continue riding.

Generally speaking, the repair takes about 15 days. But if the relevant accessories required for the repair are out of stock, we need to send the relevant accessories from China, then the repair will take a little bit longer. Board Returns
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
