Yes! We offer free shipping within the continental U.S. (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico). Except for bikes marked as pre-sale, all other models are in stock and ship within 1–2 business days from our U.S. warehouse. Orders are shipped via FedEx and typically arrive within 3–7 business days.

Are they waterproof?Our e-bikes are water-resistant, so they can handle light rain and wet roads. However, they are not fully waterproof, so avoid riding in heavy rain or submerging any components.
