eBike Haul E-Bike Compliance Statement

All electric bicycles sold on eBike Haul comply with applicable United States federal and state laws governing electric bicycles, including the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) and relevant state motor-assisted bicycle regulations.

E-Bike Classifications

Our e-bikes are classified as follows:

• Class 1 — Pedal-assist only, maximum assisted speed of 20 mph
• Class 2 — Throttle-assisted, maximum speed of 20 mph
• Class 3 — Pedal-assist only, maximum assisted speed of 28 mph

Our Commitment

None of our e-bikes are designed or intended for use as motor vehicles on public roads. All products meet the maximum motor wattage and speed requirements for legal e-bike classification in the United States.
