Q5: How dual batteries work:
1. When a second battery is installed, a button next to the battery can be pressed to switch it on.
2. When both batteries are turned on, the bike will automatically use them collectively.
Please note: The higher voltage and power of the two batteries will be used first, the power of both batteries will be used at the same time when the voltage and power of the two batteries are at the same level.
For example: one battery voltage and power at 50, other at 40. The voltage and power of the battery with 50 will be used first, when used to 40, both batteries will be used together until the power is run out.
Q6: What to do when the throttle doesn’t pop back on the M20 e-bike:
1. Loosen the screw that fastens the throttle handle.
2. Pull out the throttle handle slightly, being sure to leave some distance between the-accelerator handle and the brake shifter kit.
3. Turn the throttle a few times until the throttle handle rebounds.
4. Fasten the screw previously removed from the throttle handle.
Q7: Where is the second battery mount:
The second battery comes packaged with its own battery mount. The second battery and the e-bike are sold separately.
