Shipping policy

Free Shipping to United States:

• Free Shipping to the USA, but there are some locations NOT included: Alaska/Hawaii, US Protectorates, APO/FPO

Shipping to Canada:

• We have two models of VTUVIA E-Bikes can ship to Canada, VTUVIA SF20 and VTUVIA SJ26, and we offer Free Shipping for the two ebikes because the shipping fees 300 CAD/pc is added in the prices. And other products like accessories are not available to ship to Canada now.

Delivery Details:

• USA warehouse address: 4250 Shirley Ave. El Monte, CA 91731, United States
• Canada warehouse address: 170—13160 Vanier Pl, Richmond, British Columbia, V6V 2J2, Canada
• We will ship all items out from our warehouse within 1-3 working days after we received the payment.
• In-stock orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted on the product page. Please allow 3~8 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address.
• For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page. A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped.
• Business days: Monday~Friday ( excluded holidays and weekends ), (GMT-5)The Eastern Time Zone of USA.
• We provide local UPS, USPS or FedEx, or DHL shipping services. No tax is needed. Please check the shipping area before your purchased it.
• For USA: Shipping fees and taxes are included in the item prices and buyers pay the price which showed on the website.
• For Canada: Shipping fees 200 CAD/Per Bike will be asked to be paid during the purchasing. And taxes are included in the item prices.
• Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.

Other Details:

• If not working days might be about 2 days later than normal time.
• Please provide a detailed and correct delivery address and phone number so that we can successfully deliver your order. If the package is lost or returned to the sender due to an incorrect/insufficient delivery address, the customer will bear full responsibility and shipping costs.
• After the package is sent, we CAN NOT change the delivery address.
• Please check the packaging of the item when it arrives. If any damage is found, please indicate it when signing.
• We will make our effort to ensure that you receive your order in time, but we are not responsible for shipping delays, shipping delays, shipping destinations, weather, holidays or incorrect/inadequate shipping information that may affect shipping delay.

Shipping Changes:

• NO charge for changing the address BEFORE we provide you the tracking number.
• $20 wil be charged when the in-transit logistics information shows that the change is successful on FedEx.
• $160 wil be charged if Customers refuse to accept the package or undelivered.
• $160 wil be charged if the package has already been delivered to the original address successfully.

Notes:

1. Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact us for help.
2. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.
3. It can take a few days to follow order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.
4. All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from past data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.
5. Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of FedEx or any other parcel service.
6. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are attempting to return.
