If the issue is confirmed to be shipping-related, we will provide replacement parts free of charge to help get your bike back on the road as quickly as possible.
Yes. MEELOD offers a 14-day return policy for eligible orders. If you would like to return your eBike, simply contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order information, and we will guide you through the return process. Returns do not require a reason, but the bike must be unused and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to shipping damage or a product issue.
