Shipping Policy

Ebikehaul offer free ground shipping to United States excluding Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico on most items, contact us for more information: info@ebikehaul.com

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail, and we will process your order within one business day and generally shipped within 72 hours of placing your order for in stock product. For out-of-stock order, please contact us info@ebikehaul.com to give you an estimated time for the delivery.

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail and we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment within one business day and generally shipped within 72 hours of placing your order. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail or the contact information you provided and let you know when your order will be back in stock or available. If you prefer to cancel the order, we will void the pre-authorization.

Order Shipment:

If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 72 hours from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us info@ebikehaul.com

Damages:

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to info@ebikehaul.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 5% processing fees.

If order has been shipped, you (the buyer) will be responsible for restocking fees according to the supplier policy + 5% processing fees + shipping & return charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

Refused Shipment:

If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to treat your order as a returned order. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped.
