Shipping Policy

Current Processing Times:

 In-Stock E-Bikes: Up to 3 business days for processing

 In-Stock Warranty Orders: Up to 10 business days for processing

 In-Stock Accessories & Components: Up to 25 business days for processing

Email Confirmation:

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email address attached to your order once the order has shipped. Please note that for any third-party shipping outside of Luckeep’s normal shipping process, Luckeep cannot provide any additional shipping information or documentation.

Shipping Costs and Lithium-Ion Batteries:

We offer free shipping on purchases to addresses in the 48 continental United States, including complete bicycles. Shipping to destinations outside the 48 continental United States is based on package weight and size. Due to shipping carrier regulations regarding high-capacity lithium-ion batteries, we cannot ship e-bikes or e-bike batteries outside of the 48 continental United States.

Addresses to Which We Ship:

We ship to addresses in the 48 continental U.S. states. Due to shipping carrier regulations around high-capacity lithium-ion batteries, we cannot ship e-bikes or e-bike components, including but not limited to batteries, displays, and controllers, outside of the 48 continental United States.

Shipping Carriers:

Luckeep ships using FedEx and USPS, based on the size/weight of your order and your delivery address. We’ll ship your order in a single box whenever possible, but occasionally we’ll need to send multiple shipments, for example, if you’ve ordered several large or bulky items.

Signature Required for Battery Shipments:

While bike shipments do not require a signature, by law a signature is required in order to receive the shipment of an individual battery.

No Responsibility for Loss, Theft, or Damage:

Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of FedEx or any other parcel service.

Address Changes:

We do not change addresses on any order. If you have made a mistake, the order will need to be canceled, refused, or returned to sender. Once we receive the item or items back, we will refund you within 3-5 business days. refund policy apply

Refused Shipments/Return to Sender – Flat Fee:

If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of $250 per e-bike to partially cover our shipping costs +up to 5% transaction fee. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method, less $250 +up to 5% transaction fee. Please notify us of any shipment refusal to avoid significant delays in receiving your refund for any refused items.

Missing Items:

If you have not received something you ordered from us within 30 days from the delivery date, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible. If you do not reach out to us within 30 days of placing the order, we will assume that you have received all of your items and will not keep a record of the shipping information. To ensure that we can assist you effectively, please provide us with your order number and any other relevant information when contacting us.

Our customer service team will investigate the matter promptly and take appropriate action. If we determine that the item was not shipped, we will send a new order to you as soon as possible with the missing item. If the item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund for the item(s) in question.

Return & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns are not allowed after 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unused or the ebike must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer, and it must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.), and in its original packaging as well. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@ebikehaul.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Luckeep is not responsible for the shipping cost of the package returned by the customers themselves.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

1. Product from Unauthorized Reseller
2. The damage is caused by human
3. Special order
4. Sale items or gift cards
5. Giveaways or free items

Shipping and Handling fee for non-quality issue return:

All Model Luckeep E-bikes: $260/pc for a return +up to 5% transaction fee. 

Chain Lock, Phone Holder, and Mirrors: $15/pc for a return

Front and Rear Basket, Front Rack, and Saddlebag: $20/pc for a return

E-bike Batteries: $30/pc for a return

Exchange for new model (Only for Non-quality Products)

This term is only for the unworn, unopened package, unused, and the ebike must have less than ten (10) miles on the odometer.

Within 30 days-Same model but different color: $260/pc for the return .

Within 30 days-Different model: $260/pc for the return and must pay the corresponding price difference

Over 30 days: Not allowed for an exchange

REFUND

Luckeep Refund Terms

Quality issues: Accept full refund & partial refund, (Please contact us as soon as possible) info@ebikehaul.com

Receive wrong goods: FREE to exchange or full refund (Please contact us as soon as possible) info@ebikehaul.com

Damaged or missing accessories: Free to send accessories or accept a partial refund

The customer cancels the order before the package is shipped: 15% of the total amount will be deducted as a processing fee

The customer cancels the order after the package is shipped: Customers need to pay $260 shipping charge per bike (Deduct $260/item when making refund)+up to 5% transaction fee. 

About refund difference price: 1. Partial refund of the difference price within 7 days 2. Not acceptable (can send free gift) over 7 days Note: Luckeep has the right to organize any promotional activities and has the final right to interpret the discounted prices of the activities

Change delivery address: Customers need to pay an extra $30 per item

Customers refuse to accept the package: $260 shipping charge per item or the customer needs to pay an extra $260 for resend
