United States: We offer free shipping to the 48 contiguous states. Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska, or other U.S. territories at this time. Additionally, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or military addresses.
Canada: We provide shipping to all provinces across Canada, though we do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO, or military addresses.
Please Note: All of our products include taxes, meaning no additional taxes will be applied when purchasing.

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email containing your tracking details so you can follow the shipment process (please note, the tracking number will become active within 24 hours, and there may be delays during weekends and holidays.

Due to the high value of adult e-bikes, we provide a shipping service that requires an adult signature. This service costs $8 per bike, but the fee is covered by us, so customers are not charged. The signature service means that the carrier is instructed to obtain a signature before delivery and should not leave the package unattended. If there is no eligible recipient at the address, FedEx may attempt redelivery, which could incur additional fees.
Note: The signature service does not apply to non-bike items.
Please submit any address change requests within 90 minutes of placing your order,and we will process it free of charge.
If more than 90 minutes have passed since you placed your order, you can still prioritize submitting an address change request. If the change is successful, there will be no charge. If the change is unsuccessful, the shipment may have already been dispatched. In that case, you can refuse the package, but we will charge a reshipping fee of $150+up to 5% transaction fees for adult bikes and $40+up to 5% transaction fees for children's bikes. (We will notify you via email regardless of whether the address change is successful.)
Missed Deliveries
If the shipping carrier has made multiple delivery attempts but the package remains undelivered due to no one being available to receive it, and it is returned to us, a $150+up to 5% transaction fee will be charged per adult eBike if the customer requests another delivery.
If you have not received your e-bike or accessories but the tracking number shows the items as delivered, please contact us within 5 business days. After 5 business days, we will no longer be able to handle this issue, and you will need to contact the shipping carrier directly to resolve it.
In very rare cases, shipments may be slightly delayed. If you do not receive your order within 20 business days, please feel free to reach out to us. To ensure we can assist you effectively, please provide your order number and any other relevant information when contacting us.
Note: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of FedEx or any other parcel service.
Return and Refund
Order Cancellation
To cancel an order, please email us before shipment. Submission of a cancellation request does not guarantee approval. If successfully canceled, you will receive an email confirmation within 24 hours, and up to 6.5% transaction processing fee will be applied to the refunded amount.
Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. However, you may refuse the package. In such cases, a 6.5% transaction processing fee will be charged. This fee is retained by the financial service provider that processed your payment, not by us. The fee can be waived if you opt for a product exchange. Additionally, customers are responsible for return shipping costs: $150+up to 5% transaction fee for adult bikes (G100 Pro/G300 Pro: $200) and $40+up to 5% transaction fees for kids' bikes.

Please read the following carefully to understand our returns and restocking fee policy applicable to all components, accessories, and ebikes sold by Happyrun. Purchases made between November 21st and December 24th can be returned until January 6th of the following year. Please note, that the item needs to be in new and unused condition to qualify for a full refund with no restocking fee, less shipping charges.
(1) The bike is new and unused:
Within 14 days of receipt: Only the return shipping fee will be deducted $150+up to 6.5% transaction fee for adult bikes (G100 Pro/G300 Pro: $200) and $40+up to 6.55% transaction fees for kids' bikes. This fee is not retained by Happyrun but by the financial service provider that handled your online payment
Within 14 days of receipt: The return shipping fee will be deducted $150+up to 5% transaction fee for adult bikes (G100 Pro/G300 Pro: $200) and $40+up to 5% transaction fees for kids' bikes, and an additional 20% restocking fee will apply. Note: The item must be in good condition, and the mileage on the e-bike's odometer must not exceed 20 miles.
Note: Returns are not allowed for bikes after 14 days of receipt.
(1) Within 14 days of receipt: A full refund will be provided, with no return shipping or processing fees charged (for critically damaged items or items affecting functional use). Alternatively, the customer may choose to exchange for another e-bike, with no additional return shipping costs required.
Note: Please remember that our team will investigate the quality issues carefully. If there is any damage to the bike is found to be intentional and man-made, we will still charge the return shipping fee.
*Definition of critically damaged items: the main structure of the product is deformed and affects its normal functions in any form.
(2) After 14 days of receipt: Depending on the specific circumstances, we may charge the customer a return shipping fee. Please contact our customer support team, and they will determine the payment method.
The following situations will be seen as normal and will not apply to the free replacement or refund policy:
1. A) Minor damage to the outer packaging.
2. B) Damage to parts or wearing parts after excessive use.
3. C) Damage to parts or wearing parts after using for a certain while or a certain number of times.
Note: All returns require the original packaging supplies and shipping box. Bikes must not have any wear, dirt, scratches, and must be in the same packaging and condition as you received them, and must include all items in the box (battery, charger, keys, Tool set, Manual, etc.).

* $15 for all other accessories.
Note: All returns require the original packaging supplies and shipping box. Products must not have any wear, dirt, or scratches and must be in the same packaging and condition as you received them.
To better understand the problem and solve it effectively, photos and/or videos are REQUIRED as evidence. If your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
If the customer decides to arrange the return shipment and the request has been confirmed by our customer service team, the customer is responsible for ensuring the safe shipment and successful return. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted. We are not liable for the cost of return shipping arranged by the customer nor for any lost return packages. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation!
Refunds will be processed within 10-15 business days after we receive and inspect the returned package. Once we confirm the returned product meets our return conditions, we will deduct any applicable fees and issue the remaining refund to the customer's original payment method.
If the refund has not been credited to your account after 7 days, we recommend contacting your credit card company and/or bank. Please note that delays may occur due to the varying procedures of financial institutions.
Warranty Policy
All Happyrun bike owners are entitled to contact the Happyrun CS Team for troubleshooting service throughout the lifetime of bikes.
For clarity, we DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or other U.S. territories.
Warranty parts will only be shipped within the continental (the lower 48 states) United States.
Happyrun warrants the Products for a limited time from the date of delivery of the original purchase against defects in materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with Happyrun's published guidelines.
