Return Policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. Once the order is canceled, you will get the full refund through the original payment route. while we cannot cancel the order if the product already has been shipped out.

  • Eunorau shipped out the incorrect product;
  • The product shipped was damaged or defective;

EXSHO STRONG-DH Fork

Front suspension fork features 80mm of travel, compression adjustment and lockout. It effectively absorbs most of the jarring bumps and shocks, especially on complicated and rugged routes, reducing your tiredness and allowing you to ride faster.

The hydraulic disc brake set with 180mm brake rotors are sensitive, but provide efficient and ample force when braking. When riding in harsh conditions; they are swift, and can be relied upon to ensure your safety.

Light the path with the front light powered by the bike's battery. It can be turned on/off on the handlebar control pad.The headlight is bright enough to make night driving much safer and more enjoyable.

The Plush Saddle can accommodatea single rider or have a companionfor a laidback cruise. Two riders, one e-bike: with the powerful motor, the extra weight of a passenger is no problem.

The taillight boasts a sleek design, seamlessly integrating with the battery box. This fusion not only simplifies the structure but also enhances the aesthetic appeal. The taillights are designed with an automatic feature. When not manually activated, they illuminate upon braking, enhancing safety and visibility.

In addition to the Intellegent LCD Display comes an "EUNORAU GO" APP where you can sync information. It holds useful smart functions: calorie tracking, trip records, social networking and OTA updates.
