Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Area

Shipping within the Continental United States (Except in Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico).

2. Shipping Time


In-stock orders ship within 1-3 business day after payment. Pre-sale orders please check out product pages for the latest shipping information.

For in-stock orders, ebikes will be shipped within 1-3 business day. Accessories and parts will typically ship within 2-3 days. For pre-sale orders, we recommend checking the product pages for the latest information on shipping timelines. Please note that orders will not be processed during weekends.

3. Shipping Changes & Order Cancellation

  • 3.1 Before Shipping

    • 3.1.1 Order Cancellation
      • An order cancellation request within 24 hours after payment will not charge processing fee.
      • Address Changes No processing fee.
      • Model Or Color Exchanges No processing fee.
  • 3.2 After Shipping

    • 3.2.1 Order Cancellation
      • If the package remains unopened upon receipt, the customer is responsible for the return, ThunderWasp will not provide the return label nor cover the return shipping fee. Please contact ThunderWasp for the return address. Also, ThunderWasp will deduct a $150 original shipping fee.
      • If the package has been opened or assembled, an extra 30% depreciation fee along with return shipping fee will be deducted from the final refund.
    • 3.2.2 Address Changes
      • ThunderWasp will waive the fee for address changes. Please contact us to update your address prior to package delivery.
    • 3.2.3 Model or Color Exchanges
      • If the package is in box without assembling, return shipping fee will be charged for exchanges. (Please note we will not cover the return shipping fee)
      • If the package is unboxed and assembled, 30% depreciation fee and return shipping fee will be charged for exchanges.

4. Order Tracking


Upon shipment of your package, an automated email containing tracking information will be sent to you. Please click on the appropriate link in your tracking number email.

Our Return & Refund policy


We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at: info@thunderwasp.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. ThunderWasp will not provide a return shipping label, and you have to arrange for self-return or organize their own return shipment. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Restocking Fee


Returned products are charged a ten percent (10%) restocking fee.

Damages and Issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 48 hours. Please remember that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

ThunderWasp Limited Warranty Policy


ThunderWasp offers a Limited Warranty on our products.

ThunderWasp provides the following warranty coverage:

  • 30-day or 100-mile* warranty on workmanship defects and operational issues for the unit.
  • 30-day or 100-mile* warranty on all parts and OEM accessories.
  • 365-day or 1000-mile* warranty for the bike power system (motor, controller, and battery).

*Whichever comes first. Warranty coverage begins on the date of product delivery.


Warranty Exclusions


ThunderWasp excludes normal wear components such as whole vehicle bearings (excluding motor bearines)Brake lever, belt, chain, shock absorber oil seal, inner and outer tires, disc rotor, Brake pads, steering wheel assembly, mudguards, rubber seals, seat cushions, fuses spokes, decorative pieces and plastic parts.

The warranty also excludes any failures caused by:

  • Misuse, neglect, accidents, or collisions.
  • Altering factory wiring or installing non-genuine ThunderWasp parts.
  • Racing or competition use.
  • Improper charging, discharging, or storage of the unit.

Any misuse or modification will void this Limited Warranty.

Proof of Purchase Requirement


Limited warranties remain valid only when accompanied by the original proof of purchase from ThunderWasp or an authorized ThunderWasp dealer.


When submitting a warranty claim, please provide the following to allow us to best assist you:

  • Vehicle Identification Number (VIN)
  • Proof of purchase.
  • Odometer Reading
    • Used to determine warranty eligibility.
  • Photos and/or videos demonstrating the issue. More may be requested by ThunderWasp staff.
