SYNERGY Return & Refund Policy



Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, minus any original shipping fees and/or charges, provided the following:

  • We have been contacted by email at
  • The item is unused, unopened and in the original packaging.
  • All items that come with the products are returned with the products

For products that have been shipped, the customer is responsible for both the send and return shipping costs

Opened and or used electric products (e-bike, e-scooter, e-skateboard) may be accepted for return with a minimum 20% restocking fee provided the following:

The product is returned within 14 days of purchase


Electric Products have a maximum of 5 km on the odometer

In brand new condition – no dents, scratches, wear marks, etc.

If shipping, the product is returned in its original packaging with all contents

Upon receipt, returned products will be inspected and evaluated to ensure compliance of the above requirements before any refund is issued

Any product that does not meet the above criteria is not eligible to be returned for a refund

All shipping costs are at the expense of the customer and will not be refunded. The original shipping cost is not refundable.

Helmets are not eligible for return or refund

Water Sport products that have been used are not eligible for return, refund or exchange


For your product to be eligible for exchange it must be

  • unopened
  • unused
  • In the original packaging
  • All contents must be present
  • Used products may not be exchanged
  • The product you are exchanging for must be of equal or greater value, for any items of lesser value no credit will be given

Helmets are not eligible for exchange


Purchases are considered delivered and complete once shipped, not once received by the customer

Flat Rate Shipping: if an item is eligible for flat rate shipping it will be indicated

All items shipped at flat rate shipping prices will be shipped with a declared value of $100

This means in the event of a lost or damaged shipment you will only receive $100 as compensation

If you would like your product shipped declared at full value, please contact us for a shipping quote

For all other products please contact us for a shipping quote

The product you are exchanging for must be of equal or greater value, for any items of lesser value no credit will be given

Large shipments, such as e-bikes, multiple scooters, rigid paddleboards, inflatable docks and inflatable boats are shipped LTL Freight to keep shipping costs down. These shipments may require the customer to pick up from their closest terminal location

Products will be sent out within 1 – 2 business days after full payment is received.

We will notify you as soon as your shipment is sent and provide you with a tracking number by email.

For any unseen circumstance where we cannot ship your item out promptly you will be contacted immediately.


North49 Brands Inc. is not liable for any damages related to incidents involving lithium-ion batteries. Read and closely follow the instructions that come with your product regarding charging and battery maintenance.  Our products are high quality, but there is still risk with any batteries, so please use common sense.

North49 Brands Inc. is not liable for any injuries related to incidents or accidents to the user or affected third parties involving the use of any of the products we sell. We promote safe use and always recommend wearing a helmet and protective gear while riding in addition to safe training practices. Please obey traffic signs, local laws and customs and be courteous of other riders and pedestrians.

North49 Brands Inc. is not responsible for rigid paddleboard damages while being shipped 

North49 Brands Inc. is not responsible for late, lost or damaged products while being shipped by a shipping carrier partner


Please be aware of your local laws and rules surrounding the use of these products purchased. We encourage all interested customers to contact the correct local authorities to determine where you are permitted to ride before making the purchase as we do not give refunds for customers not doing their due diligence in advance.
