SHIPPING CONFIRMATION EMAILS
We will send you a shipping confirmation email when all or part of your order is shipped that will include the UPS tracking number.

RETURN POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your Rambo Bikes Product, you may return the UNUSED item within 30 days from order date for a refund or replacement.

To qualify for refund or replacement, unused products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, stickers, and product accessories attached. 

Return Process:

  • Contact Us Returns@ebikehaul.com to obtain an RA number.
  • Provide us with your order information and reason for the return.
  • Returns must include the issued RA Number on the box and will not be accepted without this number.
  • Then return your Unused product, in its original box with all tags, accessories, manuals, stickers, and accessories within 30 days of the purchase date for an exchange or refund.
  • Non-defective returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee+ 2% transaction processing fees.
  • Returns without the complete original packaging will not be accepted.
    Shipping and handling is non-refundable except in the case of defective merchandise.
  • Shipping and insurance for returned merchandise must be pre-paid by the customer via UPS or FedEx.
  • Please allow 4-6 weeks from the date we receive the return for credit check. This refund will be less your original shipping fee, the 20% restocking fee+ 2% transaction processing fees.

WARRANTY POLICY

LIFETIME FRAME WARRANTY

Rambo bikes frames are warranted against factory defects for the lifetime of the original purchaser as long as they remain the owner of Rambo bike. This warranty is nontransferable.

EXTENDED WARRANTY OPTION

Rambo Bikes now offers extended warranty coverage, available for purchase at checkout. These plans add one additional year of protection beyond the standard manufacturer warranty and are provided through a trusted third-party partner. The extended coverage begins as soon as your original warranty ends—giving you peace of mind for even longer.

1 YEAR LIMITED MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

Rambo bikes warrants all bikes, enclosed hardware, and accessories to be free from defects in material or workmanship for a period of 1 year in accordance with the following terms:

  • The warranty period begins the day the bike is received and shall end immediately upon any sale or transfer of the bike to another person.
  • The bike must be registered by the original owner using the bike’s serial number within 30 days of receiving the bike.

* Extended warranty packages are available through a third-party vendor, offered at check out. Extended warranties start on the day the manufacturer’s warranty period ends.

* It’s important to note that Rambo reserves the right to utilize replacement parts from demo and lightly used inventory for warranty claims. Before incorporating these parts into your repair, their technical team will meticulously inspect them to ensure their suitability. This process ensures that your warranty claim is handled efficiently while maintaining the quality standards of the replacement parts.

MANUFACTURES WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Normal wear and tear of consumable parts such as, tires, tubes, brake pads, chains, derailleurs, frame chips, kickstands, pedals, and crank arms.
  • Any damage or defects resulting from failure to follow instructions in the bikes owner’s manual, accident, misuse, negligence, abuse, improper assembly, installation of parts or accessories not originally intended or compatible with the bike as sold, operator error, or water damage.
  • Any modifications made to the bike by the customer will void the warranty.

*Battery warranty does not include damage as a result of improper storage, water damage, normal wear, or improper charging.

The Rambo Technical team will review the claim and determine whether the issue is covered under the warranty.

Once the claim is approved, customer service will work with you to troubleshoot the problem and initiate a repair.
