All Goat Power Bikes include a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturer defects on non-wear parts only. Wear parts such as brakes, tires, tubes, chains, and grips are excluded. This warranty does not cover self-inflicted damage, misuse, neglect, accidents, or normal wear and tear.

To maintain warranty eligibility, regular maintenance must be performed as outlined in the owner’s manual. Any aftermarket modifications or unauthorized repairs will void the warranty.

In the event of an issue, a video demonstrating the defect is required for analysis. If the issue is determined to be a manufacturer defect, we will ship the necessary replacement parts to resolve it. Labor costs for repairs or part installation are not covered, as our bikes are self-assembled. If the warranty process is initiated within the eligible return period, the option to return the product is forfeited.

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

GOAT CARE PROTECTION PLAN

Customers may extend their warranty coverage through the Goat Care Protection Plan, which provides continued protection for manufacturer defects on non-wear parts beyond the standard 1-year warranty.

Coverage Options:

• 1 Year Extension: 10% of the bike’s purchase price

• 2 Year Extension: 20% of the bike’s purchase price

The Goat Care Protection Plan excludes wear parts, self-inflicted damage, and any issues resulting from aftermarket changes or insufficient maintenance.

If your GOAT Power Bike experiences a manufacturer defect, our team will work with you to get it resolved as quickly as possible.

How It Works

If a warranty issue is confirmed, we’ll troubleshoot the problem and send replacement parts as needed.

We’ll make up to three warranty parts shipments in an effort to fully resolve the issue.

If, after three warranty part shipments, the manufacturer defect still cannot be fixed, we’ll replace your bike at no cost to you.

No endless repairs. No getting stuck with a bike that doesn’t work.

What Qualifies

The GOAT Promise applies when:

• A manufacturer defect is confirmed by our support team.
• The bike qualifies under our Limited Warranty.
• The issue cannot be resolved even after up to three shipments of warranty parts.

If these conditions are met, GOAT Power Bikes will replace your bike with the same model or a comparable model if the original is no longer available.
