If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail or the contact information you provided and let you know when your order will be back in stock or available. If you prefer to cancel the order, we will void the pre-authorization.
Order Shipment:
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 72 hours from the date of your order. Shipping eBikes:
Shipments containing ebikes are sent signature required due to the high value of the item and restrictions pertaining to the delivery of high-capacity lithium-ion batteries. The shipping carrier is instructed to obtain a signature before delivery and should not leave packages unattended.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping carriers may obtain visual confirmation that the recipient acknowledges receipt of the package as an alternative to obtaining a physical signature.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to sales@ebikehaul.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 72 hours are subject to a 5% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Refused Shipment:
If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of $75 to partially cover our shipping costs. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method, less $75.

All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 5% administration fee and transaction fee (2.6% for credit card users, 3.6% for PayPal users, 3.5% for Affirm users). Orders purchased after 30 days could not be canceled.

3. Delivery Times
We will ship your scooter within 1-3 business days of your order placement. We will use the Freight to carry your products ,like Roadrunner , Daylight ,Estes, Central Line Etc . The delivery time depends on your location . Usually within 5 business days .
We usually book the freight though our broker , and there is a time difference between broker & Freight company and US .
Refund policy
Once the scooter is picked up by a truck, refunds are not available. It's simply impossible for us to get it to ship back. Furthermore, the pickup cost for lifting an ultra big & heavy package back to the warehouse is astronomical. We'd think you should try our scooter cause it's pretty cool. While we do have 15 days return policy, if you insist, a restocking fee of 30% may be deducted from refunds for items returned in their original condition within 15 days of purchase, including but not limited to unauthorized returns. When we confirm we will make the refund depending on the scooter's condition . You can always contact us for any return question at support@soversky-us.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Warranty
The warranty period of SoverSky scooter shall be 12 months as of the date of delivery. In the event of a non-artificial performance failure, customer may file a complaint to SoverSky at support@soversky-us.com.
The warranty period of the battery pack & motor is 12 months. Other consumable accessories shall not be covered by the warranty service over 6 months.Within the warranty period, We'll ship replacements for free and freight on us.
Note: Please confirm the integrity of the package at the time of signing for acceptance of the goods.
WHAT IS COVERED
Below key parts of your scooter, will be repaired or replaced (if repair is not possible) during the stated warranty period if you have any of the following manufacturing or design faults under normal use:
Motor faults
Mother Boards or Computer Control faults
Battery faults
Adaptor faults
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
If you have an issue with your purchased product that is not manufacturing fault, not covered under warranty or after the warranty period, we are happy to help you get it properly fixed for a reasonable cost, or to give you free advice on how to get it fixed.
Also, if you need spare parts for your purchased order that is not covered or outside the warranty period, we are here to avail it for you in the lowest cost.
The following cases are not covered under the manufacturer warranty:
When the warranty period is expired
When the product or any of its components have been opened, altered or modified by someone other than the manufacturer
Wear-and-tear damage of vulnerable components such as wheels, tyres, or battery lifespan
Damage caused by product misuse or abuse like (but not limited to) dropping, collision, jumps, grinding, heavy shaking, abrasion or bad storage
Damage caused by riding in very rough conditions or on a very rough surface
Damage caused by Water. Most of our item have some level of proofing against dust and wet conditions, but they are NOT water-proof.
Damage caused by overloading, over the designed maximum load
Cosmetic damages like (but not limited to) scratches
