Love your Magicycle e-bike or your money back return within 15 days!
We're sure that you'll love your Magicycle e-bike but in case you change your mind we're pleased to offer a full refund within 15 days from the day you receive it. (as long as your e-bike is in an as new condition)
Simply contact info@ebikehaul.com, have your proof of your purchase and the same card that you used when you originally purchased the bike one of our friendly colleagues will then be happy to process the refund for you.Terms & conditions apply.
Terms and conditions
In addition to your consumer rights, and subject to the remainder of this section, if you change your mind and decide to no longer want your Magicycle e-bike that you have purchased, you have the right to return the e-bike within 15 days from the date of purchase, even if the e-bike has been used.
Please note, each customer will be charged for return shipping costs, which is currently around $150. We will contact you if any damages or quality issues are found upon return, which may result in an additional cost to the customer.
In order to be eligible for a return, you e-bike must be clean and in as a new as condition.With the exception of minor superficial dirt, bikes that dirty, scratched or otherwise damaged WILL NOT be accepted for a return. Also the mileage on the display of the e-bike must be less than 10 miles.
You must return the charger, battery key, manuals and any other components such as gifts along with the e-bike and have your online order confirmation in order to be eligible for a return. Magicycle reserves the rights to refuse to return or exchange any used e-bike for which you do not have a receipt or order confirmation.
Returns of used e-bikes can only be accepted by shipment.To exercise your right to return an e-bike please have your written confirmation of return from Magicycle.
For returns approved by Magicycle, you will receive Magicycle's written confirmation and shipping label. Please make sure you have both of these before you ship to us.
TO RETURN AN ITEM BY SHIPMENT
1. You'll need to have your written confirmation of return from Magicycle
2. Only if Magicycle approves the return you can ship the bike
3. Please try to use the original packaging when sending your items back and make sure it's securely packaged. Magicycle cannot be held responsible for any damage during shipping.
4. Attach the return address label included with your delivery.
5. Make sure you ship the bike in enough time for us to get it within 15 days of you receiving your order.
6. NOTE returns are at the customers own expense.
7. We recommend using trackable service and getting proof of shipping.
8. Please email support@magicyclebike.com with your tracking number.
9. Please keep your proof of postage until we've confirmed your refund has been processed.
Once we have received the e-bike, our after sale service will check the bike has been used in a proper way, after inspection, if there is no issue, you will get a refund within 2 business days. We will refund you.
Shipping&Damage
Note: Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.
Delivery
FREE standard delivery within Mainland US(3-5 working days).
We will charge a shipping fee of $299 per bike for all customers with shipping addresses in Canada. (Except Nunavat, Northwest Territories, Yukon, Newfoundland and Labrador. Order in these states will be charged extra shipping fee.) And delivery to Canada takes about 7-10 working days.
Please note: if we're out of stock of an item but getting more in, we indicate on the product page how soon we can dispatch for delivery to you. In this case please go ahead and order, we'll contact you later to confirm an exact delivery date.
Delivery Information
Where do you deliver to?
At present, we can deliver orders exclusively to Mainland US and Canada. Unfortunately we're unable to deliver to FPO/APO addresses and PO boxes at this time.
Delivery Times
The expected delivery day for your order will be communicated to you on the product page after entering your post code. This will then be confirmed at checkout and in your confirmation email. Please allow 3-5 working days for your delivery.
Please provide a valid mobile phone number and or email during checkout process we can notify you of your delivery status.
Upon delivery, immediately inspect your products for damage. Freight damage claims are extremely time-sensitive, and we will not accept freight damage claims later than 3 business days from delivery. Note any damage to your products on the Bill of Lading before you and the delivery driver sign-off on the shipment. Take photos of any damage that is found and date the images when possible. Report shipping damage claims within 3 business days of delivery to info@ebikehaul.com
Warranty
2 YEARS OPTIONAL WARRANTY

Be rest assured, Magicycle e-bikes also comes with a 2-year warranty on electrical and mechanical components such as the battery, frame. Gift items are excluded from warranty.
Warranty Period
Our optional manufacturer’s warranty is limited to 2 years for electrical and mechanical components from the date of purchase of the e-bike. It is limited to the first purchaser and subject to the prior registration of your Magicycle e-bike on www.magicyclebike.com. The warranty starts once the first purchaser has received their order.
In order to be eligible for a warranty transfer, the transferee must have the original owner’s name, initial order number and the warranty period must not be expired.
Warranty Covers
Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover wear and tear or any type of abuse. If the product has been used in a way that it was not designed then the product can fail and this damage will not be covered. The warranty covers damage incurred during shipment.
1. Frame
Magicycle E-bike frames are covered by a replacement warranty for 2 years.
This warranty includes a replacement frame only. Labor charges to changeover parts to replacement frames are not included. Changeover labor must be performed by an authorized mechanic.
Magicycle reserves the right to use scratch and dent stock when replacing a frame under this warranty. Frame styles and/or colors not in stock may be replaced with a compatible style and/or color at the discretion of Magicycle.
Frame issues that are excluded from this warranty include but are not limited to:
Corrosion
Paint fade, scratches, impact marks
Impact damage
Non-reversible modification (drilling/welding)
Chain guard mount to the frame if applicable
2. Batteries
Magicycle batteries are covered by a 2 year prorated warranty.
During 2 years of service we will replace the batteries free of charge if there is a manufacturing defect. The warranty period for a repaired or replaced battery remains unchanged based on the original purchase date.
After the first 2 years of service – A prorated credit, based on months of service, will be applied toward the purchase of a new battery. Batteries purchased at pro-rated cost will have a new 2-year warranty based on the pro-rated purchase date.
NOTE: No cash reimbursement will be made. We have the right to determine what damage is due to defective materials and what is due to product abuse or misuse.
3. Parts & Components
Original Magicycle parts & components are covered by a 2-year limited warranty Warranty excludes the shipping cost of replacement parts.
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
Ordinary wear and tear not the result of defects in workmanship or materials. Wear and tear can be assessed by Magicycle. Parts not typically covered include but are not limited to:
brakes, brake pads, cassette, chains, chain rings, controller, crankset, derailleur, forks, freewheel, handlebar, hardware seat post, kickstand lights, LCD display pedals, motor, reflectors, rims saddle, shifter, spokes, tires/tubes, throttle, wiring harness, wheel hub kickstand. Warranty within one week after receiving the goods. Parts damaged during use after seven days need to be charged.
Parts compromised due to corrosion due to the elements (moisture, heat, etc).
Damage or deterioration of the surface finish, appearance, or aesthetics of the product.
Labor charges for part replacement or changeover.
Defects or damage resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, abnormal use (including but not limited to stunt riding, racing, or other similar activities not consistent with the intended use of the Products), improper storage, abnormal exposure to liquid, chemicals, moisture, abrasives, sand or dirt, neglect, or abnormal physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.
Scratches, dents, and cosmetic damage not caused by Magicycle.
Product that has the serial number or the bar code removed, defaced, damaged, altered, or made illegible.
Defects or damage to the Products caused by the use of accessories, products, or ancillary/peripheral equipment not furnished or approved by Magicycle with the Products.
Defects or damage caused by improper assembly, testing, operation, maintenance, installation, service, repair, or adjustment in a manner that varies from Assembly Instructions & Owners Manual.
Defects or damage resulting from external causes, such as collision, fire, flooding, windstorm, lightning, earthquake, exposure to weather conditions, theft, blown fuse, or improper use of any electrical source.
4. WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
Damaged Plastic parts and wear and tear on brake pads, tyres, or damage to any part of the product due to abuse or misuse.
Labour that occurs outside of our facility.
Parts damaged by accidents, neglect, misuse, abuse.
Damage caused by a non-covered part or by any part not purchased from our facility.
Products that have NOT been regularly checked and serviced as highlighted in conditions.
FAULTS: Faults must be reported as soon as possible by email to support@magicyclebike.com. We will assess the issue and try to fix it without the need for you to send the product back to us to help save time. We will send out a replacement part, if possible, to be fitted by yourselves with guidance from us.
CONDITIONS: Upon receipt of your order, you must thoroughly check to ensure that there are no loose nuts or bolts that may have dropped out in shipment. This same check should be carried out prior to each ride of the product, to ensure long-term durability. We advise that you are ride your e-bike with adequate safety clothing ie; helmets etc. Products must be ridden in a responsible manner and must not be abused for the warranty to be valid. These are on-road vehicles and should be ridden with due care and attention for your own safety and that of the public.
DISCLAIMER STATEMENT: We will take no liability for losses that were not foreseeable to both parties when the contract was formed and for losses that were not caused by any breach on our part. We will take no liability for any use of a product that does not comply with current legislation relating to that product in your region or jurisdiction. By purchasing our products you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions set out Nothing in these terms will reduce your statutory rights relating to cancellation, faulty or misdescribed goods.
CLAIMS PROCESS
1. Warranty Claims
All claims made must be sent to support@magicyclebike.com. You will need to have proof of purchase, photos or videos of the defect for a warranty request. Prior to submitting your warranty claim, we strongly advise that you contact us at support@magicyclebike.com as we may be able to find an easy fix to your issue. Valid warranty claims will be processed through Magicycle within 2 years of the first purchase.
Magicycle will not replace any part without first seeing photos or videos of the damaged product. Please attach the necessary evidence by email.
2. Shipping damage claims
In a rare occasion, the product received may be damaged during shipping. If this applies to you, please contact support@magicyclebike.com along with your photographic evidence of the damage.
All gifts will not be included will not be compensated or replaced if damaged during shipping.
IMPORTANT: We will not accept shipping damage claims later than 7 days after receiving the order.
