    Easy Rider (ER) is an electric scooter. It has an 800-watt motor that will propel you to travel up to 25mph. Should you wish to travel at a lesser speed, it has 3 gears. Start out in gear 1 and travel slower or use this gear for steep up hills. ER has a 48volt / 20amp hour lithium battery. You can charge it on the scooter or you can easily lift the battery from under the seat and transport it to where you wish to charge it. The multi color LED screen is great to watch speed and remaining battery power. ER has lights in front that you can switch from low to high beams. Rear lights as well. Signal lights, flashes and horn are also included. Lastly, there is a security alarm that will sound off, if disturbed. When the alarm is on, the wheel automatically locks.

      Shipping Policy

      Order Confirmation:

      As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail, and we will process your order within one business day and generally shipped within 72 hours of placing your order for in stock product. For out-of-stock order, please contact us to give you an estimated time for the delivery.

      As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail and we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment within one business day and generally shipped within 72 hours of placing your order. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail or the contact information you provided and let you know when your order will be back in stock or available. If you prefer to cancel the order, we will void the pre-authorization.

      Order Shipment:

      If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 72 hours from the date of your order.  We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.  If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at

      Shipping eBikes:

      Shipments containing ebikes are sent signature required due to the high value of the item and restrictions pertaining to the delivery of high-capacity lithium-ion batteries. The shipping carrier is instructed to obtain a signature before delivery and should not leave packages unattended.

      During the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping carriers may obtain visual confirmation that the recipient acknowledges receipt of the package as an alternative to obtaining a physical signature.


      Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery.  If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

      Cancellations & Refunds:

      All orders cancelled after 48 hours are subject to a 5% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped.  If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

      Refused Shipment:

      If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of $75 to partially cover our shipping costs. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method, less $75.

      Refund Policy

      We have a 14-day return policy on most of the products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Check refund policy for the product you want to purchase on the page of same product.

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

      Damages and issues
      Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

      Exceptions / non-returnable items
      Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

      Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

      The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

      We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
