I got my S17 quickly but it arrived damaged and missing parts. I reported it right away and they have to turn in a claim to FedEx but are giving me the runaround. Now they say they have no record of me buying the bike from them. I was supposed to get a 4% discount plus free shipping but only got the free shipping. Now I am stuck with a $1700 piece of junk that has no tool kit, only 1 pedal, a bent mangled derailleur, and will not turn on!

This bike is excellent is all but big rocky terrains. It'll go through the big rocks just not as nimble as a non electric bike. This Thing powers through sand also!

I ordered the Velowave Prado S 2.0 through Ebikehaul because, at that time, with the discount and free shipping, it was cheaper than the Velowave site. The bike shipped from California two days after purchase and arrived about a week after that in perfect condition. Some assembly is required and there are videos on youtube that can help if needed. I love the bike! The throttle has quick acceleration and the pedal assist works great. It's a smooth ride out of the box, but I intend to add a suspension seat post for added comfort. Also the bike is heavy and fairly big, but fits me nice at 6 feet tall. It looks a bit like a motorcycle. If you're not strong you won't be able to lift this bike easily. You may want to keep that in mind in regards to storage, transport, and maintenance. I absolutely love this bike, and it's already turning heads. You'll have to excuse me though, as I'm off to ride!
Wow! Before seeing this bike in person, I thought it would be too small for someone like me who is 6ft-1in and 230lbs, but to my surprise, it fits and rides nice. The Cheetah Plus is well built, sturdy, and fun to ride. I highly recommend this bike. The only thing I would recommend is the bike having an option for a secondary battery to extend the range. I only get about 20 miles of various pedal assist levels and hills before the last power meter bar disappears.
Got my Venom about 3 weeks ago. Have been very impressed with its performance. Have used it bowhunting whitetails almost every day in some really harsh conditions and the bike has performed great
Love my new Venom. Having the shifting/gears inside the wheel makes it very easy to ride through tall grass and corn fields! not like the old bike i had that had mud, grass, and muck stuck in the gears every ride. Love the big tires too! this bike is hands down my favorite Rambo bikes I’ve had.
The Rambo Rampage is my 5th ebike and my 2nd full suspension. I can’t pedal like most people because a drunk driver cut me off the road on the freeway and as a result my feet were cut off. This battery powered bike makes my life a lot better and these bikes with the power unrestricted means I can keep up with anyone. It’s just a little heavy or I would have gave it 5 stars. I don’t know if it’s possible to make the frames lighter but stay as strong as hey are.
This past weekend, I just acquired a bike. Monday was the first trip, and it was to work. I was aware that the cycle would be quick, but even that is an understatement! This object FLYES! It could be just me. My first electric cycle. Yeah, I bet everything on the first one. And so far, I have no qualms. I've driven it about 25 miles total, mostly at the speed. This electric bike is a BEAST! I intend to purchase a second battery as well as the platform-equipped back rack in the near future. I can imagine using complete camo, a gun or bow, and other equipment to travel distances in the woods that I previously could only imagine. I can't wait to leave work so I can cycle home on this bike because I'm so excited about it! Thank you Rambo and Paradise Powersports in New Smyrna Beach, Florida, the store where I bought it! After I've had an opportunity to run it for the first 100 miles, I'll update the review.
First-time buyer of an e-bike here. I placed an exuberant online purchase for a Rambo bike and later upgraded it over the phone. After a week, I changed my mind. had yet to even tell the wife. got a prompt refund after asking for one. Although I can't speak to the quality of the bikes just yet, this business has the right outlook to succeed in the long run.
