Order Confirmation:
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail, and we will process your order within one business day and generally shipped within 72 hours of placing your order for in stock product. For out-of-stock order, please contact us Orders@ebikehaul.com to give you an estimated time for the delivery.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail and we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment within one business day and generally shipped within 72 hours of placing your order. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail or the contact information you provided and let you know when your order will be back in stock or available. If you prefer to cancel the order, we will void the pre-authorization.
Order Shipment:
If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within 72 hours from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at sales@ebikehaul.com.
Shipping eBikes:
Shipments containing ebikes are sent signature required due to the high value of the item and restrictions pertaining to the delivery of high-capacity lithium-ion batteries. The shipping carrier is instructed to obtain a signature before delivery and should not leave packages unattended.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, shipping carriers may obtain visual confirmation that the recipient acknowledges receipt of the package as an alternative to obtaining a physical signature.
Damages:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to sales@ebikehaul.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.
Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 72 hours are subject to a 5% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.
Refused Shipment:
If you refuse delivery of an order that you asked us to ship to you, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of $75 to partially cover our shipping costs. We cannot change, intercept, or cancel orders that have already shipped. If you refuse delivery, we will treat your order as a return if it arrives back to us and issue a refund for the purchase price via your original payment method, less $75.
30-Days Price Match Guarantee
The Micargi Raiatea is a 500W electric tandem ebike enough power to help two riders get to where they need to go. Equipped with a 48V Samsung lithium ion battery, riders will get about 35 miles on a full charge depending on what mode is being utilized. With the speed sensor, riders will be able to utilize pedal assist and throttle when they need a little push. The Shimano Tourney 7 speed with an added 500W motor will really allow the riders to ride on any type of terrain. Though it is not recommended to ride anywhere with a steep uphill, a slight uphill is perfectly fine. The Micargi Raiatea is with LED headlights that will provide light when riding in the dark and front and rear disc brakes for maximum braking power.

Order Processing
We only process orders during business days, which is Monday – Friday (excluding holidays). It takes approximately 1 to 2 business days to process an order before it is shipped. During periods of higher demand, orders may take up to 5 additional business days to process before being shipped.
Note: Occasional delays in processing time or Cancellation of order may occur when an item purchased is on back order or it is out of stock. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address info, holidays, and/or carrier complications.
Item Availability
We will cancel your order, or part of your order, if the item(s) is out of stock and no longer available. You will receive an email if your complete order is canceled due to the out of stock item(s).
In the situation that part of your order is out of stock, remove the out of stock item(s) from your order and will ship the remaining item(s). You will not be charged for out of stock items ordered, and will be inform by an email notification.
To ensure the best shopping experience, we use USPS and UPS to deliver our packages.
Note: Please double check and make sure the Shipping Information and address is correct, deliverable, and complete (Suite, Apt, Room, etc.).
SHIPPING TIMING

NOTE: Delivery times are estimated by USPS. It is not 100% guaranteed to arrive within the estimated time frame except for Express Mail.
1.There is no fee to change your shipping address, if you change your address before the shipping process.
2.There is an additional $16.50 fee will apply to your account, if you change your address during the shipping process.
NOTE: UPS will make three attempts to deliver a package. After the third attempt, UPS will call the customer and inform them of their delivery. To prevent any complications with your delivery, please provide your most accessible phone number.
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or A.P.O. Box addresses. Orders will be canceled automatically without a valid street address.
Return & Exchange Policy
Bikes and parts returns incur a 15% of your purchased items. This restocking fee is applied to cover the shipment of the bike back to the manufacturer.Customers needs to pay for return shipping. For your own protection, we recommend you use a shipping method that can be tracked and insured. We are not responsible for any lost items in transit. Any items returned without an RMA number clearly printed on the outside of the package will be returned to sender.
Any damage caused during shipping will be submitted a claim to the shipping company. No replacement bike will be shipped until the legitimacy is confirmed.
Please check your bike is still in good condition and wrap in the original package attached. If bikes are return in a hassle stage, exchange and return can be void by Micargi Bicycles.
Pictures or video clips of the damage parts are required as proof before the replacement parts or bikes are shipped.
Once we received and checked the bikes and parts condition and confirmed the buyer has paid the restocking fees, we will go ahead and process the return & exchange request if everything is as listed above.
If major damages occur during shipping, please contact the shipper (UPS, FedEx, trucking company) so they can inspect the items before shipping them back to Micargi Bicycles. After receiving the damaged bikes or parts, the replacements will be shipped. Please note: Additional fee may be charged for shipping fees or replacement parts.
Direct from Micargi Item
We offer a 30 day Money Back Guarantee on all Micargi Bicycles accessory and apparel product we offer unless specified under the product description or title. Items must be unused and in original packaging with any tags attached. Please contact customer service Returns@ebikehaul.com in advance to obtain an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 30 days of purchase date. Customer will be responsible for all shipping costs upon returning any product unless product is defective; then customer will be reimbursed for shipping a defective return.
Warranty and Liability

A nonrefundable $10.00 handling fee will be charged per drop ship order, and all the payments must be made before shipping

Warranty is only valid for original parts or goods from Micargi Bike. The warranty will be voided once the original parts are replaced or removed.

Micargi Bike offers warranty in all parts for 6 months and 1 year on the frame after the received date in all of the manufacturer defectives. Defectives can be replaced for no cost with proof of the damages and purchase.
